She did a great audition with her own song, and now has been told by ITV to pull her album off iTunes – to give the other talentless muppets a fair go.
Lucy is completely ideal for the likes of the Now Show on BBC Radio 4 (bet she would give Mitch Benn a run for his money) – and let’s be honest, Simon Cowell is not going to let her win as she is far too quirky. he won’t sell records, as this is very niche – it has stuck a public cord, but I am very sure that this is someone who does not want to be within the constraints of the SyCo music machine. More to the point, the Yanks would never get her. Very, very British.
I say quit the show, and get out up on the Edniburgh Fringe – you will be very popular and I am sure that you have some more witty ditties that you have penned that will bring delight to all.
