First it was Harry Potter, and now the Simpsons!
I don’t think that any other club has been featured like the Hammers in screen of late (discount The 51st State and the other football hoolie films).
Can only be good.

Hammers feature in The Simpsons!
West Ham United were delighted to feature in the latest episode of hit TV show The Simpsons.
The Hammers reportedly became the first-ever Barclays Premier League club to appear on the long-running Fox animated sitcom series, which depicts a family from the fictitious American town of Springfield.
West Ham featured in the seventh episode of the current series – the 24th – entitled ‘The Day The Earth Stood Cool’, which aired on Sky1 on Sunday evening.
In the episode, Bart and Lisa are shown into the bedroom of their new bohemian neighbour T-Rex. Hanging above T-Rex’s bed is a large banner emblazoned with the club’s famous Boleyn Castle badge and the wording ‘WEST HAM UNITED’. While the drumkit and bedroom carpet are both claret, the banner is coloured green and gold!
West Ham follow in the footsteps of a host of famous sporting names to have been included in The Simpsons, which has now passed the 500-episode mark since it first aired as part of The Tracey Ullman Show in April 1987.
Real Madrid and Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo appeared before the 2010 FIFA World Cup, while Spain’s World Cup-winning side were turned into Simpsons-style characters by the show’s creator Matt Groening later the same year. Tennis players Andre Agassi, Pete Sampras, and Venus and Serena Williams, basketball star LeBron James, boxer Oscar de la Hoya, American football great Joe Namath and baseball players Don Mattingly, Wade Boggs and Ken Griffey Jr. have all been immortalised in the show.
Father Homer and son Bart are also depicted as supporters of the local minor league baseball team, the Springfield Isotopes.
