1. I like the fact that Mattel have bothered to create some promo for Matchbox – so fair play to them –
2. I do not agree with the tag line – for anyone growing up with Matchbox in the 70s and 80s – it’s heyday – this was about real cars (and some oddballs) that you would see on the street everyday around the world – there was nothing about heroism then – so why play on the tagline for the history of the brand when completely false?
3. Why is this only US centric? Blatantly obvious that Mattel see the only market for the brand as the US&A.
One step forward, two steps back – only by Mattel.
