Minichamps 1/64 – Bentley Brooklands

My faith has been restored. As I have mused before, the Kyosho Bentley’s are just a bit rubbish. They really are – cheap to buy by rubbish. Clunky things.

So if you want a decent quality casting you HAVE to look at the big hitters such as Minichamps and TBH you are not going to be disappointed. What they re-create in 1/43 filters down to 1/64 scale – and it shows.

The level of detail is wonderful. You feel that every premium 1/64-er (can you call them that?) should be at this level. But you have to pay the price and at a normal retail of £10-odd, two of these are worth say one Corgi Vanguard.

It is a choice, but I am looking at these now only at rock bottom prices – and you can get them – £3 for this one at the Geneva Motor Show this year.

Goes straight into the Garage which now begs the question if the Kyosho Conti now needs to be lost or even moved on…….tough decision, but one that may very well have to be made.
